We will usually accept Mastercard, Visa, Discovercard, or American Express. Your card will be charged:

(1) $9.95 per copy
(2) postage & handling of $3.50 (for the first copy and 50 cents for each additional copy) for surface transit; and $6.00 (for the first copy and 50 cents for each additional copy) for air transit
(3) sales tax of 8.25% on the total if you are in Texas.

If your order is to be mailed outside North America, we will email you with the appropriate p & h for the destination.
