Freedom
I would like it to be established
from the beginning that one of the prime goals of this plan is as much
individual freedom as possible. This means that in evaluating any particular
proposed segment of this plan, the issue of personal freedom is to be given
great weight in the decision making process.
It is my belief that if
this plan is truly successful, the individual should enjoy much more security
in regard to his/her personal freedom in spite of and indeed as a
result of the effective organization of our affairs. The system, which
I imagine we would adopt, would eliminate most of the incentives for invading
our individual privacy.
So please do not fear that
you must give up your freedom to enjoy the fruits of economic abundance
as it often seems the current system demands more and more from us.
There is much more to add on this topic, but this
is a beginning for now.
